Voltage - is a characteristic of electricity, which reflects difference in charge between two points. If voltage is high and the form has low distance between points, the electricity goes through air, outside of the material, creating lightning. In lots of technologies this phenomenon uses to burn something and start the fire. Like lightning in electricity, in society, if the voltage is strong enough, a spark can flare up, igniting a great fire.
